The Payment Terms and Conditions

•You represent and warrant to RX Japan KK (RX) that you are duly authorized to place this order on behalf of Purchaser.

•Regardless of the payment method selected by Purchaser, this contract shall be made by placing this order, and the full amount stated in this order form (including the order confirmation screen) shall be paid to RX.

•The Payment in full amount shall be due and payable by the due date shown on the invoice issued after the order is confirmed.
