Q3: What is "Special Seminar for Exhibiting"?
┗ A3: It is a special seminar for those who are considering exhibiting at the show, held in Tokyo and Osaka. You can receive exhibiting information such as booth availability, cost estimation, exhibitor details, etc.
Q4: How many exhibitors and visitors attended the previous show?
┗ A4: Please refer to the "Report ofVisitor Count " page on the official website for details.
Q5: When is the deadline for submitting the application form?
┗ A5: There is no specific deadline for the submission.
Please be informed that the booth will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis and when reached its capacity, we will close the application process accordingly.
Q6: How much does it cost to exhibit?
┗ A6: It varies depending on the booth size and exhibit products. Please check the following for your reference. If you would like to know the cost estimation, please feel free to contact us.

Q7: Is there any discount for exhibitors?
┗ A7: Special discount available for exhibit space booked during the show for the upcoming editions.
Q8: Is there any packaged display plans?
┗ A8: There are several Rental Display packages for exhibitors. All the packages include basic furniture, electrical service, etc. as well as booth construction/removal fee. For detailed information, please contact Show Management.
Q9: Can I choose a booth location?
┗ A9: Yes. Please contact Show Management for the latest booth availability.
Q10: Can I distribute leaflets and samples at the show venue?
┗ A10: Yes, but please do not distribute them outside your booth area.
About Visit
A1. Visitor registration (free) is required.
A2. Once you have completed your visitor registration, you can download the "Visitor Badge" PDF from the "Registration Complete" page.
You will also receive a "Registration Complete" email at your registered email address, which contains a link to access the page for downloading the "Visitor Badge" PDF.
・Please print your visitor badge in color on A4-sized paper and bring it with you to the exhibition venue.
・If you cannot print it beforehand, printers are available at the exhibition venue. To print on-site, please present the "Visitor Badge Exchange QR Code" found in your "Registration Complete" email at the reception counter.
・Badge holders will be provided at the exhibition. Kindly insert your badge into the holder before entering the venue.
A3. Please send a request to delete your "visitor badge" registration to the following email address.
You will receive an email upon completion.

A4. Yes, the '"visitor badge'" is valid for 3 days during the exhibition once issued. Please note that due to the enormous scale of the exhibition, we recommend that you visit the exhibition for 2 or 3 days.
A5. Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show.
Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany child(ren) on the day of the show. Please visit Show Management office on the day of the show for the registration of the child(ren).
If you wish to bring five or more children, please contact Show Management in advance.
A6. This show is a trade show for business. Please understand the purpose of the show and register in advance if you are 18 years or older.
