Q1: How can I obtain exhibiting information and application?

Q2: What are the application procedures for exhibiting?

            Show Management will send you exhibiting information materials.

Q3: What is "Special Seminar for Exhibiting"?
A3: It is a special seminar for those who are considering exhibiting at the show, held in Tokyo and Osaka. You can receive exhibiting information such as booth availability, cost estimation, exhibitor details, etc.

Q4: How many exhibitors and visitors attended the previous show?

Q5: When is the deadline for submitting the application form?
┗ A5: There is no specific deadline for the submission.
Please be informed that the booth will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis and when reached its capacity, we will close the application process accordingly.

Q6: How much does it cost to exhibit?
┗ A6: It varies depending on the booth size and exhibit products. Please check the following for your reference. If you would like to know the cost estimation, please feel free to contact us.
         a. Raw Space Booking    b. Display Cost (Construction fee, furniture, etc.)    c. Other Expenses (Printing catalog, promotional goods, etc.)

Q7: Is there any discount for exhibitors?
┗ A7: Special discount available for exhibit space booked during the show for the upcoming editions.

Q8: Is there any packaged display plans?
┗ A8: There are several Rental Display packages for exhibitors. All the packages include basic furniture, electrical service, etc. as well as booth construction/removal fee. For detailed information, please contact Show Management.

Q9: Can I choose a booth location?
┗ A9: Yes. Please contact Show Management for the latest booth availability.

Q10: Can I distribute leaflets and samples at the show venue?
┗ A10: Yes, but please do not distribute them outside your booth area.

About Visit

Q1: What do I need to enter the show?
┗ A1: You will need an invitation ticket and business cards. Please apply for the invitation ticket from the following website.

Q2: Can I enter concurrent shows as well?
┗ A2: If you have an Invitation Ticket for one of the concurrent shows, you can enter all shows for free.

Q3: How many people can enter the show per Invitation Ticket?
┗ A3: 1 ticket admits 1 person only. For additional tickets, please register from the following link.

Q4: How can I find out more about exhibitors?
┗ A4: Please visit the following website to search exhibitors’ information.

Q5: How can I contact exhibitors?

Q6: How can I apply for Conference?
┗ A6: Please visit the following website and complete the application. (Website and sessions are only in Japanese)

Q7: How can I cancel my application for Conference?
┗ A7: Cancellation or change of sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant will not be able to make it to the sessions, please have another personnel attend instead.

Q8: Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?
┗ A8: Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors.

Q10: Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?
┗ A10: Internet access is available at the "Overseas Lounge" during the show which is located within the exhibition.

Q11: Can I leave my luggage at the venue?
┗ A11: Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site.

Q12: Can I take pictures at the venue?
┗ A12: Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and conference venue other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.

Q13: Can I visit the show with children?
┗ A13: Visitors under 18 years of age are allowed if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. (aged 18 or over)

  • Registration is only valid for persons aged 18 and over. 
  • Please register the information for only accompanying adult on this form.
  • Please contact Show Management in advance if you intend to bring more than five persons under 18 years of age.
